IVX Health Infusion Center

I’ve been going to this location for over two years however when I went on September 11, 2025, a new nurse and np helped me I was supposed to have my vitals checked every half hour they did it every hour. I was there half hour before they started to even work on me Supposedly because they had an emergency before me. I can understand that, but they were just rude even when I finally left, the nurse practitioner didn’t even look at me. I felt some kind of way and I don’t want to be at a place who’s giving me IV and not feeling comfortable or like I should even be there

My experience was great. My nurse, Sarah, was fabulous. She was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcome and so well cared for.

Everyone from the first visit to the most recent has been both professional and caring. The atmosphere is not like most infusion centers that can be crowded and clinical. . At IVX there are individual rooms where treatment feels personalized. I have been happy with every nurse as well as the front office staff since starting treatments months ago. To the staff , Thank you for all you do.

If you visit this establishment and can't find a place close to the door, it's because the employees park in those places. Years ago the PAYING customer, who entered an establishment and PAID for services - that kept a business open and created jobs made sure the employees didn't take the "premium" parking spaces.

The staff is always super nice, supportive and very professional and knowledgeable 💯about me and they listen to and address my concerns with my doctors and me. They always provide blankets, and pillows if we need them as well as they have snacks and drinks to keep you going through your treatment. I have always been super anxious before my infusion, but not with IVX because they give me peace and assurance.❣️ love them all❣️❣️
