Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Greenwood

I had an amazing experience at Prime IV! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and professional, which made the entire visit feel more like a wellness retreat than a medical appointment. The team took the time to explain the different IV therapy options and helped me choose exactly what my body needed. You can tell they genuinely care about your health and making sure you have the best possible experience. I left feeling refreshed, rehydrated, and with so much more energy. If you’re looking for a place that focuses on wellness, recovery, and overall health, I highly recommend Prime IV. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Prime IV was able to fit me and my son in same day. All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The IV process was easy. Once settled, the massage chairs definitely make the experience more enjoyable. The IVs ran smoothly, prices were extremely fair and the facility is immaculate. Highly recommended overall.

Prime IV has significantly improved my quality of life with POTS. It’s easy to schedule (love you Drew) and the nurses are amazing at providing individualized care plans. With POTS my veins seriously suck, all of the nurses, especially Liz, have gone above and beyond at learning my body to provide the care I need while also ensuring no damage to my already difficult veins!! I’ve moved all the way to Columbus and actually refuse to find a new IV place because the ladies are so great here and I trust them more than any medical provider I’ve seen. The hour drive is so worth it. You're not going to find anywhere that takes care of you the way Prime IV will :)

I have been to this Greenwood facility several times and have NAD therapy done via IV. It was a great experience as the staff and owner are all very nice and helpful. I was unsure if this would work as I felt tired at times but gave this a shot and after my first session I did feel a difference in energy about the 2nd day and have gone back for more sessions as well. Obviously it works and helps. I would recommend anyone trying to stay healthy or wanting to gain benefits for your reasons to give them a call.

A true hidden gem! Spa-like vibe, amazing massage chairs that hit every spot from head to toe. The IV drip and oxygen left us energized, hydrated, and sleeping better than ever. Huge thanks to Drew for explaining everything so clearly, and to Nurse Jess and Nurse Liz for their caring and professional touch. Such an innovative way to recharge and support our overall health! We’re already looking forward to our next session!
