I recently had a breast lift with Dr. Van Natta, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. I especially want to thank Jessica in the surgery area, she was amazing. She could see how anxious I was and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Normally no one is allowed in the pre-op area, but she let my husband stay with me until it was time to go back, and that made such a big difference for me. The whole process was smooth, the pain has been minimal, and even though I’m only a few days post-op, I’m already so happy with the results. I’m so glad I chose Dr. Van Natta and his team!

I was seen by Bruce W. Van Natta yesterday on Aug 21. First off I waited for almost 30 mins after my appointment time. Then I was finally taken back to the room. The lady I spoke with was actually very nice and left the room and said the doctor would be in shortly. Next thing I know some different woman is knocking on the door saying time for your full body shots. I was very confused. She brought me into a room and just very rudely said please get fully naked. I was extremely uncomfortable and I finally just did it while she took photos of me. Next thing I'm back in the room and it took awhile for Bruce to still come in, but I wish he never showed up because I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. It's like I was being mentally abused. The second he came in he shook my hand and squeezed extremely hard. Then he put his foot up on the armrest of my chair. I thought that was extremely odd but continued on. He then asked me to take my robe off which I did just on my top part and he said when was the last time you had kids! I said never. He said oh your breast look like they have! I felt so bad about myself. He then asked me to take my robe off completely and was saying I needed to lose weight and that I should get on Trizepatide. Now I am 137 and he told me I need to lose 40 pounds and then come back for the procedure. I would look extremely unhealthy if I lost that much weight! He then continued saying extremely disrespectful comments. I said my husband thinks my body is perfect and he said oh! He's supposed to say that, I can assure you it's not. He then said comments about my breast saying it's like one is a long distance cousin removed. I felt so horrible about myself I cried when I left and I'm already dealing with depression from my hashimotos thyroid disease. I wish he wouldn't have said such horrible comments like that. He has a terrible bedside manner and I will not be ever coming back here. After reading other women's comments about the same abuse I feel so bad for them as well. I'm trying to get over the insults but that kind of stuff sits with you. Getting people to come to your establishment by tearing them down is unethical and disturbing. I work in healthcare and this would never be tolerated at the hospital. Absolutely terrible.

My daughter went for a consultation on Tuesday 07/08/2025. Long story short open heart surgery that saved her life. Putting her best face forward seeking help to feel her best self only to be ripped to shreds top to bottom. Absolutely gutted leaving the appointment. I had to talk her off a ledge from all she endured during appointment. She is absolutely stunning (coming from mom) to be told from her head to her toes something is wrong with her. To anyone seeking someone to better themselves please go to someone that focuses on your issues, needs and wants. Makes you feel your value and worth and only wants to add to that and enhance you.

Dr Van Natta is an amazing surgeon! He performed my initial breast augmentation in November of 2005 and then replaced them with gel in 2017! His receipe for recovery had me up and moving that evening! I went to dinner and then did an escape room with friends and didn't need any narcotics for pain! I wouldn't ever trust anyone else with my body. He has a amazing bedside manner and his staff share his energy and strong work ethic! I have always been impressed with every visit and phone call from his office. He is considerate of your time and is highly professional!

Dr. Bruce Van Natta is THE boob doc in Indy; no comparison. I received my first breast augmentation Summer 2020. After the swelling had gone down, I noticed a weird sort of divot near my chest bone/rib cage that I'd never seen before, and he surely wouldn't have noticed. I went back in the fall of '20 with concerns about it, and he realized I had a concave bone abnormality that was only visible now because of the weight of the new breast. He's a genius and came up with an amazing solution. He redid the WHOLE PROCEDURE including liposuction of the tummy to retrieve fat to essentially fill the divot, all at no additional charge for his time and work. I was only charged for the anesthesiologist and OR fees. Not only that, we went a little bigger - still no charge - even though that was a change I initiated. To this day, my boobs are amazing - no divot and no weird fat bulge (which truly speaks to his incredible work). They look and feel real, and most people can't believe they're not.
