Absolutely amazing! The salt room and red light therapy were so relaxing. The staff were amazing and professional(they deserve a raise) . Can't wait to visit again. 10/10

Clarissa is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She takes the time to listen to your needs before jumping in. She is great at talking when you want to talk, and staying quiet when you are wanting silence. She really cares about you walking away from your experience feeling good. Can’t recommend her enough! And the hot tea and neck wrap in the quiet room are a wonderful bonus!

I have frequented this location on numerous occasions due to its proximity to my residence and previous good service. Today, my wife arranged a two-hour Swedish massage to celebrate my 50th birthday; however, I found the session somewhat disappointing. Historically, I have always received a consistent level of service and a warm greeting. Still, on this occasion, I was instructed to wait in the men's locker room area rather than the quiet room, as the latter was designated primarily for female clients even tho I have always been able to sit in there. However, upon entering the designated men's lounge, now I guess, I noticed a female presence seems rather sexist; they can sit anywhere, but I can only sit there. You would think for a $300 massage, you wouldn't have restrictions. While the massage therapist provided a satisfactory service, her level of focus did not meet my expectations. I nonetheless still left a 20% tip in recognition of her efforts. The appointment felt rushed, and the therapist departed without providing any customary remarks of gratitude or encouragement to return. Consequently, my overall experience lasted less than two hours, as I opted not to relax in the quiet room due to the aforementioned restrictions, and it was not a comfortable room at all. It is somewhat ironic that during my brief visit, only one person was present in that space. This experience underscores the need for continued work toward achieving equality in client treatment and accommodations.

Alex did a wonderful hydro facial! She helped advise me on what my skincare needs, she was very professional it made for a relaxing treatment. My skin feels amazing and I cant wait to go back.
