Very friendly staff. Always patient with me. Accommodating. They even drove to my house to collect my prescription meds from off my porch while I was out of town so they didn't get stolen. Nice facility, too.

I’m new to this program, 1 month in and I am amazed by Laura. She’s thoughtful, caring yet professional. The help that I have received from Laura has been exceptional. Whenever I have a question or concern she’s always available to help me. I’m always reassured that I’m doing the right things and what I need to do that I may not be doing. I’m glad that she’s my health coach!

Have only had great experiences with this place. I can't put into words how life-changing the weight loss program has been for me. Laura is awesome and has been so so helpful. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Laura at the Carmel office was the deciding factor in starting my weight loss journey. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and answered all my concerns. Since I live on the Southside, my consultation was scheduled at their new Greenwood office. At my consultation, Dylan and Chris made me feel like family. All these team members should be commended for their kindness and ability to relate to their clients. All of them are an asset to Genesis!

Always so kind! Tried to do this same program with my primary and it was like pulling teeth!!!! Everyone at Genesis has made me feel beyond comfortable. Even when I have not had the best month they have been nothing but encouraging and have given me guidance on what may work better next month! 5 stars is definitely not enough!
