Jamie was absolutely fabulous. I went i to have old microblading removed and I was so scared! I was worried I would leave worse than before.. Jamie explained everything to me step by step. She also told me about her training and experience and by then I felt comfortable that she took her craft very seriously and would not jeopardize her clients at any cost. My eyebrows look so much better and more natural now! I'm sad I waited so long! Great experience.

I accompanied my sibling for recent tattoo removal. I did most of the research and found Jamie fairly close to where we live. Jamie seems to have a lot of experience in a range of services. Though we only needed tattoo removal, I'd consider her other services if I ever needed them myself. Jamie was great! She made things as painless as possible for my sibling and was easy to work with - communicative before and during the appointment, reliable, and positive. Aside from her location close to where we live, I also chose her because of her medical background. In person, it was clear she works hard to make clients feel safe, heard, and hopeful (even when dealing with an unwanted tattoo).

I got a Hollywood Spectra Carbon Facial with Jamie and it was amazing! She is so knowledgable about her craft and takes her time to explain what the treatment is going to look like, the benefit, and the aftercare. I also appreciated how nice and clean her space was, I can tell everything is extremely sanitary which is one my main focuses when choosing a spa/treatment facility.
