I had a massage yesterday with Markita (Ntenional Touch) and it was a great experience. I've been having recurring tension headaches and pain in my jaw, shoulder, and neck from stress. She made sure to ask me what I wanted to focus on and continued to check in during the massage to ensure that I was getting what I needed and that it wasn't too much or too less. The space is very calming and quiet even despite being on a busy road and everyone is very friendly. They have a lot of different things going on here (massage, reiki, etc.) and I will definitely be back to see Markita.

I booked a massage with Aether to address severe shoulder pain, and she not only worked through that but also identified and treated several other problem areas in my back. This is the best my back has felt in years! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment—Aether is truly amazing, and I highly recommend her. The following day, I attended a Ninny Yoga class with Nasya to focus on stretching and relaxation. It was my first yoga class in years, and she made the experience incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Her warm and supportive approach put me at ease throughout the session. Emanate offers an exceptional experience, and I can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommended!

Had an incredible experience with fire cupping done by Meg! I am eager to continue working with her and to also attend some of the classes and workshops offered. Such a cool concept and the space is so welcoming! I highly recommend checking this place out :)

Meg is simply the best! I was in a car accident a few months ago and work on my feet, so my back is constantly flared up. I've never walked away from a massage with Meg without feeling like a new person. I can always expect excellent customer service, a relaxing environment, and great advice on how to improve mobility and flexibility. Her holistic approach makes each session more than just a typical massage. I would highly recommend!

This was the best hour massage I have ever gotten, PERIOD. Not only did Meg have a nice space, but it was clear that she put a lot of thought and effort into into the way she does the session. She made it feel very important that I was there, and that there was a sort of unspoken tone that the massage would be good for my soul. And it was. The style of actual massage was extremely therapeutic for my bones and muscles. And, Meg is very good at getting in sync with your energy while you're on the table I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely going back!
