I would’ve never posted this had the manager accommodated me in any sort of way, but she didn’t. I went in for a leg, underarm, and brazilian wax and absolutely none of the services were done correctly or “done” at all. The lady who did my services was very sweet and we spoke the whole time. She had voiced to me that she was rushing because of the snow storm that was coming. She had me come earlier than my appointment time, which I did. She kept saying “after you I go home” insinuating she very well was in a rush. I understood her trying to get home before the snow, I wanted to as well. Under any circumstance does that mean to leave the services I paid for UNFINISHED. I paid and tipped after she had finished without checking because she was rushing me and honestly I have never had to make sure my wax was done all the way? Thats unheard of for your servicer to leave their service unfinished and after they say we are done I assume it is done. When I got home I showered and laid in bed, I immediately was sticking to my sheets everywhere. Pulled out my flashlight and realized there was soft wax in at least 15 spots on my legs. My boyfriend had to scrub so hard with a rag to get it off my skin felt raw. Not only that, there were big patches of hair still on my legs. I then noticed it was like that on my private areas as well. There were minimal hairs left on my underarms, but even those should’ve been easily removed. I waited a couple days to message the phone number provided due to the storm. When I did, all I pointed out were these details and that I just wanted a full refund. I said I could provide proof with videos of my legs or come show them in person. The immediate response I got from the manager was that I would not be receiving a refund and that I could come in for them to fix it. I declined that offer because of my previous experience. I paid for a service that I did NOT receive and not only did I not receive it. I was left with wax all over my legs that caused me pain. I ended up calling them and on the phone she kept saying per their policy she cannot refund me. So I reiterated and said “I’m sure your policy states that services should not be left undone, but they were left undone so I don’t see why you can’t give me a refund”. She just kept saying no, and that she would fix it. She knows and admitted to her employee being at fault for rushing. When I said there was soft wax all over my legs from the service she stated “Oh, that happens sometimes”. NO, that should NEVER happen. I could have easily done these services myself I chose to go for convenience that’s what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this place and the management. She said that she would complementary fix it, but fixing it is not complementary If I already paid for it. At that point I was already fed up and she told me I wasn’t getting my money back so I said okay, I would like to schedule the same services for next month free since it’s complementary. She told me no again multiple times. I am not one to complain, ask for refund, or write reviews, but this is honestly so wrong of them. I would have never went and wasted my time or money if I knew this was the service I was going to be provided and the customer service I would be receiving. (edit) The reply given by the owner again is just excuses and no resolution to the actual issue. There’s no saying I was JUST unhappy or unsatisfied, it is the simple fact that the services were NOT done!!! I was left with soft wax all over my body!!! Those things are not okay. I would also like to add that NONE of my hair was short whatsoever that is an excuse, I had growth of over a month when the recommended is at least 3 weeks. Again, complementary is not fixing something someone has already paid for. Complementary is FREE. You cannot offer someone a complementary service of fixing something they ALREADY paid for! There is no actual accountability being done and honestly this is a terrible place of business to still be responding this way after knowing they are 100% wrong.

I always come here to get my eye brows done. The place is nice and relaxing. They do an amazing job threading!

I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Before threading my eyebrows, I showed the stylist, Sunita, a picture of how I wanted them shaped. She matched the picture perfectly and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She worked quickly (about 10 minutes) and made sure I was happy before finishing. The salon was very clean, the prices are great, and the staff and service were amazing!

JS iBrows and Spa is one of the best salons in Indiana, and my experience with them has always been amazing.

This girl always gets my eyebrows right! They are a little uneven but every time I get them done, they feel a lot more even!!
