I had high expectations coming here for the first time, but I walked out literally in tears. I have a natural brow shape that only needs a light clean-up, and that’s exactly what I asked for. The tech even said she could see my natural shape. First red flag: she cleaned my face with alcohol instead of a proper facial or brow cleanser. Then she started waxing, and by the time she showed me the results it was already too late — my brows were over-done and the shape was completely ruined. She suggested tint, but the issue wasn’t color… she removed way too much hair that should’ve never been touched. My only recommendation for this place is to properly train their staff. There was no real brow mapping or design — just a quick marker outline — and it left my brows damaged. I’m attaching before and after photos so you can see exactly what I mean.

I waited a long time for this service (nanobrows). I did my research and knew Bay was the best. When I walked into her studio, I was immediately at ease. Bay walked me through the process and spent so much time making sure I was informed every step of the way. I wish I had gone sooner. My brows look amazing! Bay is the sweetest! A+++ experience.

Bay is one of the industry’s best! I’ve wanted Microblading by her for years. So much so that I flew from Vegas to Indiana just to get a service from her! She did not disappoint! 10/10

Sawyer is the best! I’ve had 2 tattoos done from flash sheets and now 3 custom designs. She is so fun to work with and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. I will always highly recommend her to anyone looking for fine line tattoos. I have 21 tattoos and my experience with the 5 with Sawyer have by far been my favorite! ❤️
