Microblading And Brow Lounge

Didn’t even get far enough to get the service. I just got off the phone with a man at the salon. If you speak to him on the phone just expect attitude that way you won’t be disappointed. I could not decide if I wanted to go to this salon or the Asian style salon in the mall. First of all I could not find the place at all. I called and was told that google is incorrect and they moved to the parking lot where Best Buy is and just didn’t update yet. (Hardly understandable if you care about your business and customers but I’m understanding) I made the mistake of wanting to clarify and said “across the street from Best Buy” instead of “across the parking lot from Best Buy”. This man’s attitude was unbelievable over me asking one question. He scoffed and laughed at me then talked to me in a tone like I was being stupid and difficult. Mind you I only had that one question and only wanted to clarify once. I told him it wasn’t that big of a deal and said goodbye. Anyway I want to thank that man for helping me make my decision because I would have been disappointed if I spent my money with them and received that treatment over nothing. Don’t waste your money. Those type of people don’t deserve to work with the public.

I came in today. I was not greeted by anyone today was my first time visiting the salon I was referred to the salon by a friend of mine. The wait was long both people were working on someone they didn’t engage with me or let me know how long the wait would be. They didn’t ask me what type of service I was getting. No one let me know how long I will have to wait. No one was engaging with the customer . I called my friend told her and she sent me across the street to the Castleton Square, Mall to Best nails did an amazing job on my eyebrows over there. There wasn’t a long wait and they let me no, how long the wait would be and they asked what services I was getting .

Let see where do I start: my person was amazing at what she does. However the environment is beyond unprofessional. I've been to this location twice. When I walked in the people who worked there were dressed very inappropriate(you could see they butt cheeks) they have kids there crying and doing what kids do. This second time I came(today) it smelled like I was in a weed shop! So I stood outside the place until my tech came. As I'm getting my services done one of the workers started fussing and disciplining their child! It was not a peaceful environment, I can't wait for my tech to find a new location. So sad seems like they all do good work but for sure not a professional and peaceful environment.

Absolutely LOVE this place here!!! The services I’ve booked have always been done extremely well. The atmosphere and professionalism is amazing, and scheduling services is really simple with tons of flexibility. Here I received lash extensions which gives the most desired natural look and tint with thread arching! D.L. always gets me together…

I made the mistake of going to Microblading and Brow Lounge last week, as I thought it would be great to kill two birds with one stone. I walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming and the prices were cheap. But you get what you pay for.. I got a brow and lip wax. The wax was warmed in a reusable pen-type tool, that was stationed in one of the most unclean stations I've seen. There was wax everywhere and quite frankly, I'm surprised I didn't get an infection. There was even someone else in the lounge waiting for a service, as it sounded like the employee she made her appointment with ran very late. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
