Staff was polite and nice. The service appeared amazing once completed, however, I began to lose clumps of the false lashes after only the 1st day and my eye brow tint was practically non existent. My stylist rushed the last half of my appointment as she has an event she would end up running late for which had me feeling that one eye was completed sloppy and same with my eyebrows. You can see the difference in my brow tint in the first photo as this was right after the appointment. In the 2nd and 3rd photos, this was day 2, and you can see where a small section of lashes fell out. My right eye seemed to hold up but the left eye, the one rushed, did not sadly. After paying over $250 for the services, you would think my stylist would remember to provide the eyelash soap and that the lashes would hold for the 3-4 weeks as advertised. Instead the held up for maybe 5 days.

I absolutely loved my visit with Lash and Brow Design Co! They were so kind about my need to reschedule, took I had the best brow tinting experience with McKenzie. As a strawberry blonde, no one has ever managed to get the color right, but today was the glorious day that it occurred. It’s a very soothing atmosphere, so even though I was just steps from the door, it felt like a spa experience. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Kate is very professional and informative about her services. She goes into great detail educating her clients to ensure they understand the science behind her procedures. She is completely honest about the process and the time involved and demonstrates exceptional care for her clients. I would gladly recommend Lash and Brow Design.

I left another lash place I had been going to for years to try Lash & Brow because of multiple problems at the other place, and it was the best decision! I’ve received so much education (like at home care and even how the right lash extensions are chosen for my specific lashes and why) from Kate and her employees that I never got at the last place I was at. I just got my first set of lashes done yesterday and they are beautiful. Even more importantly, they are comfortable. I can’t wait to see how much healthier we can get my natural lashes after the stress they went through previously. I can’t say enough good things, really!

First time doing anything tattoo or cosmetic, and I am overall very pleased with my experience at Lash & Brow. In particular, Jada was very thorough and thoughtful with her skin analysis, color suggestions, and application of the makeup. Her gentle and kind spirit was a huge comfort to me too. I love my new lip color — it’s a beautiful natural pink that complements my skin tone.
