I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sarah and my experience since starting HRT with her. From the very beginning, she made me feel truly heard, supported, and educated every step of the way. She takes the time to really listen and personalize everything instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach, which meant so much to me. Since starting HRT, one of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is my energy, especially in the afternoons. I used to hit a wall and feel completely drained, mentally and physically, but now I feel steady, focused, and like myself again throughout the day. The difference in my overall mood, motivation, and daily productivity has been incredible. Sarah genuinely cares about her patients and it shows in how intentional and knowledgeable she is. I had a lovely experience at the Refinery. Sarah is delightful. She’s very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. She is also very honest/upfront with you and gives her helpful and knowledgeable input regarding the best way to achieve your desired outcome. I love my lips so much. They look so natural and pretty. I will absolutely be returning to Sarah when it’s time for a touch up and any other services I might decide I’d like. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I had my second child and turned 36 and things just felt off. My symptoms didn’t feel “worthy” of professional medical help, having previously chalked it up to depression or anxiety or just being a mom to two young children (but treating my symptoms as such was no longer appealing or effective). After seeing Sarah talk on social media about hormones and perimenopause, I scheduled an appointment just to rule out any kind of hormone imbalance, and lo and behold, my levels were far from optimal. Sarah was knowledgeable, kind and professional- answering all my questions and thoroughly discussing treatment options with me. In just a short period of time, I can honestly say I feel SO much better. It’s shocking…and what I’m also really thankful for is that I was able to address my issues and concerns in an environment where I felt comfortable and understood. I highly recommend Sarah and The Refinery Med Spa if you think you could benefit from hormone therapy.

I went to see Sarah in the hopes of better understanding why I feel so blah all the time, when general labs have come back okay with my GP. I was surprised when she showed me several pages of paperwork with very specific items my bloodwork tested for. She went through each item and explained everything in depth and with clarity that someone who does not work in the medical field can understand. She also then told me how it coincided with other body functions, what my numbers mean, what options I have moving forward, ect. For me it has been a game changer and told me information about my body that I couldn’t have gotten from a GP. Sarah is kind and friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and makes you feel like you’re chatting with a girlfriend instead of having any sort of medical interaction. I left feeling empowered and hopeful. Sarah is phenomenal at what she does and you can tell she is passionate about her job and making sure her clients get the best possible treatment. I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with her!
