I recommend Kendra at the Plainfield location for cosmetic services. She is absolutely amazing! From the moment I met her, she listened intently to everything I had to say, ensuring I was fully informed and comfortable regarding my appointment. She was highly professional yet personable, making me feel completely at ease, she is also beautiful! I even found out my sister also sees Kendra and adores her, and I'm so impressed, I plan to have my mother make an appointment in the future. I am already excited for my next appointment! She truly heard my story, and her ability to understand and validate my concerns shows she possesses excellent judgment and empathy. If you are looking for top-tier cosmetic care delivered with a personal and compassionate touch, request Kendra! I would like to add the staff at check in and check out were great as well.

In and out in 40 minutes! No pain only gain! Absolutely love Dr Shayna Gordon and her staff. I had to have MOHS surgery in January. It went great. Everyone involved from desk to procedure room were very caring and a pleasure to have taking care of me. They were very upbeat, friendly and provided a calm atmosphere. And they took very good care of me from a perspective of knowledge and experience.

I had been on the waiting list for 7 months and had actually forgotten until I received the text saying my appointment was finally here. It was definitely worth the wait! The staff was courteous and helpful. I saw a wonderful NP there, and she was easy to talk to, actually taking the time to listen to what I had to say. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would highly recommend this practice and health care provider to my friends and family.

I wish scheduling would do a better job of setting up patient visits. My appt was set for 10:10 am and I did not get in until almost 11:30! Once in a room, I was very pleased with both Dr. May and Heather. They were very friendly and professional. It was great that they explained things before doing them. They get 5 stars. Please fix the scheduling issues. Very frustrating!!

My visit was very pleasant. They were able to get me in quickly, and assess the issue I was having. The service was great, and the people were wonderful. Would recommend to everyone to be seen by them.
