Laser and Light Surgery Center

I got my first tattoo removal and was in and out in 10 minutes. The actual procedure took about 20 seconds, it was so fast. They were efficient and professional.

Today I got my first session of laser tattoo removal, and I was very satisfied with my appointment! The receptionist was very welcoming and Dr. Hector was thorough when explaining the process and expectations. Their office was clean, organized and I felt as though I was in good hands. Im so glad I chose light and laser to begin my journey of removing a tattoo!

I initially chose one of those chain laser hair removal clinics because I'm a Black female and every technician cannot effectively treat dark skin, even when the technology is sufficient and they seemed to have the most experience with darker skin tones. After some noticeable progress, I wanted to start treatments on a different body part but didn't want to spend the equivalent of a used car so I did some research and found Laser and Light. I'm having better results on the areas treated by Dr. Hector for 1/2 the number of treatments and 1/4 of the cost. Laser and light is the hidden gem of laser hair removal.

Feb 13rh was first date - I went to Greenwood Laser and Light to get laser hair removal on my underarms, legs, and bikini line. I was unable to locate the office because the building is large and there is no sign on the outside showing the business. I was a few minutes late, but the receptionist was very friendly and I had no wait time. Dr. Hector was very professional. The laser treatment hurt far worse than I had anticipated in some areas (lower ankles are the WORST) but cool air helped to alleviate the discomfort (not in the moment). The results took a couple of weeks to show which made me nervous I was one of the exceptions who this treatment would work on. (Certain skin tones do not respond as well) I was very relieved after 2 weeks the “shedding” process was finally complete and I had fantastic results. It has been almost 4 weeks since my visit with Greenwood Laser and Light; I am very satisfied with my laser hair removal. I plan to book my next appointment in the next few weeks. UPDATE 4/25/18 - need another appointment.

Highly recommend, great experiences getting hair removal and tattoo removal treatments over the last year. Fantastic results so far with dedicated patient care each visit. Office is very clean and appointments are set with plenty of time not rushed. There is easy, clear and respectful communication with front staff with scheduling, payments, after care questions. Dr. Hector is so personable, knowledgeable, and fair. I enjoy coming for treatments here, I feel comfortable and respected, your money spent at this office will reap you high quality service.
