The entire staff was great from check in to check out. Mary did my tox and lip filler and I can’t say enough great things about her. It wasn’t my first time getting either but was my first time at LaserAway so I was nervous seeing someone new but after reading reviews I made the appt and I can see why Mary has so many amazing ones. She did a great job on both but especially my lips. She took the time to look at and feel them and only added the filler where needed. They turned out even better than I expected. Thank you Mary and staff for being so kind and professional.

I want to give Mary a shoutout for the wonderful job she did with my Botox injection. Mary was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. She was also very kind and gentle, which made the experience much more comfortable for me. I truly appreciated how she took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease. I came to Laser Away because it seemed the most professional. It was very disappointing, I paid over $3000 for hair removal and I still have to shave. During the course of my 8 session treatment I had 3 different nurses, none of them followed the same procedures. Some asked me to use alcohol wipes before treatment others didn’t. Some used a beating the help with the sting, others used the laser so weakly that I felt nothing. NONE of them listened to my concerns about the laser being less effective than they insured me it would be. My second to last session the nurse was 30 mins late starting with me, drew one line on my leg and still managed to “finish” my treatment on time. Finally at my last session I was so frustrated I took pictures of my hair growth (it is slightly humiliating to have to show pictures of your intimidate areas). Finally the nurse recognized they had not been using the proper laser strength on me. If anyone had taken time to listen to me, my treatment outcomes whould have been so much more satisfactory! Also, I was incredibly upset by the fact that they tried to blame me and my hormones for the situation! Ugh save your money and don’t be fooled by the shiny exterior… the stained sheets on the bed were a very clear reminder!
