I had been going to this dental office for over 3 years now and I am still satisfied with the service! Dr. Koya is always so patient and kind, the manager and staff are always so informative, and very caring to my needs and concerns and the office always has such a good vibe. My dental work was an easy process and I am always truly satisfied with the work that’s done. I walked out today with a new and improved smile and higher confidence! I highly recommend !

Everyone is so friendly and inviting! Plenty of reminders so you never miss an appointment! Dr. Koya is professional and personable. Never thought I would feel “ok” going to the dentist- but thanks to BrightNow I am!

I regret to inform you that I was dissatisfied with the service received. My son and I had scheduled two new appointments for a Saturday. We arrived punctually and completed all requisite paperwork. Subsequently, we were called back for imaging, though X-rays were not performed due to equipment malfunction. Despite this, I remained under the impression that we would still receive the scheduled service. However, a dental assistant returned after a brief absence and informed us that we could not be seen that day, citing our status as new patients. I must express my unfamiliarity with the concept of a dental cleaning consultation. While the staff maintained a polite demeanor, I cannot help but feel that the decision to decline service was influenced by the desire for an early departure on a Saturday.

Staff were very kind, considerate and really made my first visit very comfortable. Dr. Koya is an amazing dentist. She listened to my concerns regarding teeth sensitivity and was very gentle cleaning my teeth.I highly recommend her because her entire staff are attentive and very caring.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE — UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I would give zero stars if that were an option. This was hands-down one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I have ever had. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM. I arrived early to complete new patient paperwork and did everything expected of me as a patient. I was not called back until 3:45 PM — nearly two hours late. Once I was finally taken back, I was left sitting at the x-ray machine for another 45+ minutes with no explanation and no one checking on me. It was like another waiting room. When a RECEPTIONIST eventually came back and noticed me sitting at the machine alone, she asked when my last cleaning was. I explained it had been about five months and that I was establishing care with a new dentist due to an insurance change. From that moment on, the behavior of the front desk staff became outright hostile. This woman repeatedly told me I was too early for a cleaning, followed me around the office as I was shuffled from room to room, and even continued yelling “SHE DONT NEED A CLEANING” “SHE TOO EARLY FOR A CLEANING” from the front desk like I was doing something wrong by simply showing up for my scheduled appointment. I was not seen by a doctor until after 5:00 PM. While the dentist herself was kind, she was clearly rushing because it was after hours — which is laughable considering this office had me waiting for this for at minimum 3 hours at this point. NEVER. EVER. COME HERE. The front desk staff is rude, disorganized, and completely disrespectful. If you value your time, your money, or being treated like a human being, take your business elsewhere.
