I had a great experience at Sunnyside Dental. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and made my decision about getting my teeth cleaned much easier. They also performed an oral cancer screening, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they helped me with an issue I was having with my Avisalign, and their support meant a lot to me. Overall, I truly recommend this place, they really do care about their patients. They do work with there clients in payment plans and they accept ins. Plus care credit. Thank you, Dr. Zoor and the team!

Office is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. I switched to Sunnyside since they're closer to where I live. I would like to make 2 recommendations that would increase my rating: Make a point to show me the new X-rays taken of my teeth, and setup more realistic expectations for having a filling done. During my first visit, the Doc recommended I have a filling put in. This was a surprise since I had X-Rays at another dentist 6 months prior, and didn't know of any issue. Further, the Doc mentioned the filling would take "5 minutes, and would be easy". The procedure took over an hour, and was very difficult because of being #15 tooth. (very back top left) If I had been better prepared for this eventuality, it wouldn't have been the shock that it was to have done. The procedure was well done, as far as I know. However the experience felt rushed and impersonal. Very little was said to me during the procedure in progress, or to make me feel more "at ease" with how things progressed. Expectations could have been managed better.

Its been along time dealing with these people, many years ago there was a male doctor who seem to be about his job, professional and just good common sense treatment. In the years to follow its just worse and worse. almost a week ago i came in with some serious issues. They tried to assist me, but i was told i had bigger issues which would have to be taken care of first. they gave me a temp filling some meds and an appointment for the following week. one of the temp fillings fell out four days into the week, but i figure i would tough it out till the appointment, day of the appointment backup on the highway, before i was going to be late i call the office to let them know of my status, whoever answered the phone told me i didnt have an appointment anyway, this was news to me. She told me in a rude manner that i never replied to a text sent to me so they cancel my appointment. so she was telling me it didnt matter that i didnt see a text from them that they never told me to watch out for, i could make a new appointment date, no concern about the pain i was already having or the condition to the temp fix they did the week prior. These people could care less, i get there no one in the lobby doctor is in her office, and i'm in pain with NO TEXT FROM THEM in my phone. yes, thats right i check the phone which has no text from these thoughtless people. I'm thinking now if you didnt want to do the job and take care of my dental needs i would have preferred to be told that directly, not waste my time, get off work and be treated as if i was a child. I'm a 57yr old retired military man who is currently still working. and i'm typing on this thing not caring about typos venting because i'm still in pain and i have to go find someone who is able to do the job apparently these people were not willing to do. Thank you for nothing and i will be sure to let everyone of my retired soldiers and others still active what they can except if they go your direction.

My family was seen in July. I received a bill in August when we should had been paid in full. I called, left voicemails, sent emails for three months and never got a call back. My insurance stated they changed what the balance was for, which is weird. So I had to go up to the office to actually be able to speak to a human. BEWARE!!!!!! They DO NOT CHECK YOUR ACTUAL INSURANCE BEFORE HAVING YOU SIGN FOR TREATMENTS. THEIR FORMS ARE GENERIC AND NOT SPECIFIC TO EACH INDIVIDUAL AND/OR THEIR INSURANCE. Over three months of zero communication from them, and I called my insurance company in front of them. Their response was you can believe the insurance company if you want to! My insurance said they have never been contacted by them to confirm any numbers. I asked my insurance how this works and they said some places do generic prices. Sunnyside said they did contact my insurance, they are clearly not telling the truth. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND AN HONEST COMPANY.

Information was given about dental suggestions and best practices. Top of the line technology and customer service was over the top. I don't like going to the dentist but with Sunnyside I can't wait to go back! Recommend for anyone who wants great dental care.
