This dental practice is amazing! Everyone I've met, from front desk to hygienists/assistants to Dr. Bya have all been very organized, courteous and professional. A very well-run office! And Dr. Bya is the best dentist I've ever had in my adult life. She is extremely competent and found important issues that my previous dentists never mentioned but were going to cause big problems if not treated. She explained them to me clearly, and options for treatment, and I've never had a root canal before and always heard they were scary, but her technique was painless (I even dozed off in the middle!) and I left the chair feeling fine. She explained what to expect before each part of the procedure so I was not surprised, and no complications afterward. I am so happy I found this place and highly recommend them!

Update: This practice will no longer work with your concerns! I must say, I'm sadly disappointed in the new owner. I always schedule my appointments and double check that I can see my dentist because of my anxiety and the comfort I had with her. On my last visit, I was surprised to find out that she was not in and I asked to please reschedule me to a time when my dentist was available. The staff was confused, but nice enough to reschedule me, however, the new owner then asked me to leave the practice since I was not willing to see whichever random dentist was available. I'm very disappointed that I cannot see my favorite dentist. Original review (only applies to my preferred dentist who is no longer there) I hate the dentist! I've spent a lot of my life dreading and avoiding them (which makes the visits so much worse). This is the first dentist I've gone to consistently. She makes the appointment easy and low stress. She chats with me in her lovely soothing way to keep my mind occupied. She's tolerated my anxiety and helped me through a lot of it without making me feel judged. I can't say enough great things about her bedside manner which makes all the difference in the world. My dental health has improved dramatically in the 5 years I've been seeing her and while i still don't enjoy the appointments, I don't have a week of anxiety leading up to them anymore. She tells me where i can improve, but doesn't scold me when i'm not perfect. I also appreciate the options I have for my dental health. When problems arise, I'm not pushed straight to the most profitable solution. She happily tries little fixes and gives me treatment options when available and I really appreciate this approach. The rest of the staff is nice too and the smiling faces help make my dreaded dentist visits much more tolerable. I also appreciate the ease of scheduling. They make an appointment for my 6 mo cleaning right away and send many reminders so i won't just put it off.

I have been going to Glendale Dental Associates for years. Dr. Cho and his team have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The reception area staff is super welcoming, and I've never waited more than a few minutes to be called into my appointment. I especially like the new text feature that reminds me about appointments. It's really convenient! I now live on the other side of town but still make the 30 minute drive to their office because I am so pleased with their service.

I had my first visit yesterday and was amazed at how professional everyone there was. I felt comfortable there. They explained to me everything that they were doing before they did it. Dr. Cho was very nice and very gentle. I will now look forward to going to the dentist here!! I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office.

I have had two fantastic experiences at Glendale Dental. The front desk staff, assistants, hygienists and dentist are all friendly and patient. When I brought my three-year-old in with my for my appointment, they took the time to explain the cleaning process to her. They did such a good job that she wanted to get her teeth cleaned too, and so they made room in their schedules to do it there on the spot! When I got three fillings at once, the process was quick, efficient and virtually painless.
