I had my teeth cleaned at Dr. Chen’s office. Heidi, the dental hygienist, cleaned my teeth. She is very nice, friendly, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. She puts you at ease too. Dr. Chen came in to check everything when Heidi was done. Dr. Chen did a great job of doing a thorough exam. She is also very friendly and nice. I would strongly recommend anyone who needs a dentist, to go to Dr. Chen.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for over 10 years, but I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by my recent experience. I called to clarify an issue, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. No one should be treated this way. I tried to escalate the matter to Dr. Chen, but either my communication was blocked by the same person or the clinic as a whole simply doesn’t care. The level of disrespect I encountered is unacceptable, and it shows a complete lack of professionalism. Because of this experience, I’m canceling all future appointments and will no longer be a patient here. After being a loyal customer for so long, I’m frustrated by how I was treated and will be taking my business elsewhere.
