Meridian Dental Center

Lee and Tiara were exceptional- friendly, helpful and courteous. The dentist was fine, however, I had been trying to get a prescription refilled for over 6 weeks. I called the front desk 4 times, with no return call. I even came to the office and was told it would be taken care of. No refill after 2 weeks. I again called the office, and was told the dentist needed to see me prior to approval.. Really - for toothpaste?? When I went to my cleaning, the dentist was apologetic and stated he knew nothing about this and immediately ordered the refill. The dentist has been very good prior to this, so apparently communication with the front desk is an issue. Please accept this as constructive criticism.

Very clean and professional yet compassionate. I appreciate how transparent staff was about my treatment plan and the cost. Nothing was hidden. I truly appreciate Meridian Dental, from Office Manager to Dental Assistant and Dentist, all great!

I had a awesome experience at Meridian dental with Dr. Martain and the rest of the crew there at the office. Everyone was nice and friendly. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner so I appreciate everybody there. Continue to go there it's like a family atmosphere to build a relationship to trust to do everything that they have to do for me and others.

Everybody at Meridian Dental Center is exceptional, at least the ones that I have run into. Always a smile on their faces, always greet you courteously and professionally, and they all seem to know their job. It's a pleasure to go to an office like that and find everybody so kind. And, they do very good work.

Meridian Dental’s staff members are very pleasant, courteous, accommodating, and professional… even under tremendous pressure. I had the pleasure of having an appointment on a Monday 11/11/2025 when they were extremely short staffed. From the front desk with Ms. Connie to the assistants, dental hygienist, and my amazing dentist. I was treated with the upmost professionalism! AND I walked out with my mouth feeling heavenly! Thank you Ms. Connie and Meridian Dental for superb care!!
