Thompson Family Dental at Nora

I can’t say enough good things about Thompson family dental! They were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They were able to see me quickly, answer all of my questions, even educate me on some things - all with such respect, warmth and kindness. I appreciate Dr Thompson’s personal and professional skill set. She is incredibly competent as well as very detailed oriented, and thorough. There was not any pain at all for any of my procedures, and Dr Thompson and Cindy talked me through each step. Cindy worked closely with me to get scans done and was very considerate and so friendly! The office is inviting as soon as you walk in, Theresa was helpful in assisting me with payment and billing questions and getting me set up for appointments with ease. Everyone that works there genuinely seems happy and appreciated and like they enjoy working there, which speaks to them and to Dr Thompson! I am so glad I ended up choosing this office for my dental needs!

Dr Thompson and staff are very caring with great service, and she does alternative dentistry. I notice when the patients are visiting the office the staff greets their patients with big smiles, and they make you feel like a VIP. Dr Thompson has a great personality, and she is also a fighter helping her patients to get their dental insurance approved.

Everyone is alway's polite and cheerful when I arrive. I appreciate the time they take to answer all my goofy questions. Been a patient for years, would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a good local dentist.

The staff is simply incredible! I am always made to feel welcomed and valued! I come out of the office with a smile on my face!

The entire staff were wonderful from greeting as I walked in to the technique that was used for my care of my teeth the conversation very comfortable all around positive. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
