was a patient at this clinic for over a year. During that time, they failed to properly process my insurance claims, which resulted in more than $1,700 not being covered by my two dental insurance plans. I repeatedly followed up with the clinic after receiving notifications from my insurance providers over the course of several years. Despite my efforts, the billing issues were never corrected. Instead, the clinic only contacted me regarding the outstanding balance and payment requests. Throughout my visits, I also felt that the clinic frequently recommended additional treatments and procedures that increased my out-of-pocket costs. I cannot say for certain whether this affected the insurance claims, but the overall experience left me feeling concerned and frustrated. Overall, my experience with their billing practices and treatment recommendations was disappointing.

So grateful for this place My tooth chipped on a camping trip and Dr. Miller’s team got me in for a visit quickly. They assessed the tooth, and within a week of me calling, it’s fixed. VOILA! I recently left a job, and with that, my dental insurance but was so happy to learn about the RDA Plan (Renew Dental Arts Plan). For one flat reasonable fee I’m covered in house for: 2 cleanings a year/x-rays/2 emergency visits a year and a discount off restorative care. Today’s assessment was one of the emergency visits (so, covered!) and the cost of the tooth repair was so reasonable. Dr. Miller is a delight. Fun and easy to talk to. Clearly respects his patients and his team and I feel very at peace in his chair (which is something because no one loves to have their teeth worked on, do they?) 100% recommend this office And hopefully you get in before they change the playlist because Dr. Miller’s music is 🔥

The reviews about how amazing this dentists office are, are absolutely true. They really were very professional, kind, patient, and thoughtful. If every dentist was like this, fear of the dentist would not be a thing anymore. They really will take care of you here. There is also parking in the back, as well as the front.

I have moved out of state but still come back to town just to continue care at Renew Dental Arts. I appreciate not only the excellent care I get from start to finish , but also how innovative their new tools and technology are! Thank you Dr Miller and team for stepping up the dentistry game for Indy!

Beautiful, clean office and very pleasant staff. Dr. Studebaker is amazing. She listens to your concerns and decides a plan of action without “upselling” like many dental offices. Highly recommend.
