My first consultation was great. I left the office thinking that I was in good hands. I was very clear about what I needed. They only call me now to ask if I need refills. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for an answer for my problem. Went for my hormone therapy and I'm almost bald now. Dr. Al is too busy to talk to you. Now, I'm seeing a endocrinologist specialist in hormone balancing. I should've done it since the beginning. Waste of time and lot of money.... and of course, hair! Unfortunately. Very disappointed

Carolina always gives me the best facials. She takes her time to listen and helps me to pick the right treatment for what I'm looking for.
