Symphony provided an exceptionally detailed tour of the services and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with patience and confidence. Her customer service was outstanding—very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Kaitlin—wow! Her professionalism and knowledge were amazing, and she was also incredibly warm and welcoming. I had an amazing experience on my first visit. While the prices are a little over my budget at the moment, this will definitely be my first choice to invest in my health when my budget allows. It would be great if FSA payments were accepted.

The team at this location is the best!! The facility is clean, so many great wellness options, and they’re always willing to get you in for a session/accommodating! Not to mention the pricing is extremely reasonable. Could not recommend Lake Nona restore enough.

I have been coming here for about 6 months now. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful and accommodating. I am so grateful for all of them. And, I’m grateful to have a little army of amazing people standing beside me as I use the therapies offered (Red Light is my favorite so far!) to better my health and combat a few things my body is currently experiencing. Wow- fantastic experience. I did red light and cryogenic therapy. I felt so " alive" afterwards. Today felt more alert and less aches. Slept good too. Can't wait to try again. Read up on it too- research is there. Try it ! Place is spotless and staff efficient and informative ( ice booth- think big freezer and red light panels)
