Jennifer and Kevin at Vitalounge are absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience feel smooth and professional. You can tell they’re both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I never felt rushed, and their attention to detail really stood out. The space was clean, welcoming, and relaxing overall such a great vibe.

It’s always a pleasure coming here. What I like the most is that the ID bags are always one size fits one with the right blends for what you need on that day. I have been to many of their locations with a consistent experience throughout. Today I was able to go to the Winter Park location, which I have been visiting since 2017 both Jennifer and Molly were professional and pleasant. They made it a great experience.

Jennifer and Abby are the best I did not even feel the needle go in and I am a wimp. I do the Myers cocktail which is great for preventing catching someone else's cold but my favorite is whatever they do for my bag that is for stress relief it works wonderful I sleep great that night for those of you who think you have no stress in your life when you really do.... go get a bag
