She made the entire check-in process seamless and welcoming, and you can immediately tell she takes pride in creating a great client experience and understanding their product knowledge. My treatment was administered by Daphne Austin, and she was exceptional in every sense of the word. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and calm confidence made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She took the time to explain everything, answered questions thoroughly, and ensured I was relaxed throughout the entire process. That level of patient care and detail is rare and truly appreciated. What stands out even more is the leadership behind this location. Chris Arangio is clearly a world-class owner who understands that excellence comes from culture, standards, and people. You can feel the positive energy in the environment, and it’s obvious he has built a team that operates with professionalism, integrity, and warmth of heart. When leadership is strong, it shows, and it absolutely shows here. The facility is clean, modern, and inviting, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I had my appointment canceled somewhere else, and I was desperately looking for help because I’m pregnant and had nonstop nausea. I couldn’t keep anything down, felt extremely weak, and could barely get out of bed. I called and asked if they do IV therapy for pregnant women, and they reassured me and fit me into their schedule right away. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed at the door. Everyone was so kind, professional, and very informative. They made me feel comfortable and cared for during such a difficult time. After receiving the IV, I felt better almost immediately. By the next day, my nausea and vomiting had gone away, and I finally felt like myself again. What meant the most was that they even followed up with me afterward to check on how I was feeling. Honestly, this is the best place you could go. Their care, kindness, and attention truly made a difference for me, and I’m so grateful I found them.
