From the first appointment, I felt everyone was willing to listen to my concerns and had options for a plan to help me feel better with my menopause symptoms. They closely monitor my hormone levels and adjust treatment as necessary. I highly recommend Foundations at Maitland.

My lymphatic drainage facial with Dani was great! She explained a lot and gave me some good tips for skincare at home. I was also impressed with Leanne and the rest of the staff at Foundations! Everyone was so kind and patient, and they all genuinely seemed to enjoy working together and they were all happy to help! It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be going back regularly.

I’ve been seeing the team at Foundations of Maitland for HRT for a couple of years now and have had such a wonderful experience! They are always cheerful and uplifting and take as much time as you need to go over any of the information you receive.

I’m shocked and deeply disappointed by how I was treated during my last visit. The issue began when a nurse took my height while I was clearly wearing heels. I simply pointed that out and said, “Then you’ll have to measure my heel.” That lighthearted comment was met with an unexpectedly irritated and confrontational response from the nurse. I stayed calm and polite, but she reacted in a way that was entirely out of proportion. To my disbelief, the next day, Devin (the provider) called to inform me she would no longer accept me as a client- based on the nurse’s report and a claim that I had been condescending to ALL of her staff. That is an outrageous lie. I’m the kind of person who’s friendly, warm, and always engages in small talk. Her accusation was not only false but deeply hurtful. It’s clear now that Devin had already made up her mind — possibly because I had sought hormone therapy elsewhere at one point. Instead of addressing the matter professionally or hearing me out, she chose to cut ties based on a false narrative. I paid for a consultation that day and received no care — only stress, humiliation, and a sense of betrayal. What began with a polite comment from me spiraled into an unjust dismissal that I still cannot understand. This experience left me feeling disrespected, misjudged, and deeply unsettled.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing. I’ve been getting HRT and have been enjoying the benefits. Being post for so long, I forgot what it was like to feel normal. Then I did the weight loss program and met my weight loss goal. I’ve maintained my ideal weight now for over three months. Today I’m getting my first Morpheus treatment and I’m so excited to see the results. Rosalind is amazing and has been at every appointment for me.
