I’ve been seeing Joann consistently for 12 months straight (January 2025–December 2025), and I can confidently say she is the best aesthetician I have ever had. I came to her with oily, acne-prone skin and noticeable hyperpigmentation. After just my first three sessions, I began to see drastic improvements, omething I had never experienced with any other provider. The environment Joann creates is so calming, comforting, and aesthetically beautiful that every appointment feels like a retreat. Her treatments never feel like basic maintenance; they genuinely feel like luxury pampering sessions that I look forward to every month. My skin has transformed tremendously this year, and I truly cannot wait to see what 2026 holds for my skin under her care. Joann is unmatched!

This spa is good for basic facials, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have acne-prone or sensitive skin. In my experience, the esthetician didn’t seem well-versed in treating troubled skin. If you’re seeking more specialized care or noticeable results, I’d recommend trying a different place.
