I love the results I get every time I return to Inspire. They not only help you lose weight they give you the tools to maintain going forward. It’s a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix that comes with a community app and page to ask questions and get advice from the coaches as well as other members . The recipe page is my absolute favorite !!

Happen to stumble upon this wonderful place on facebook. Tried their promotional offer just to see what it was all about. First light session showed results instantly. Decided to do the whole program. Julia, my health coach is so motivating and always so positive! She answers all questions and text messages on any concerns I had. The girls there are welcoming and sweet! I love Maria, she’s my girl!! Thank you Inspire and the whole team for my great results and experience! Definitely would recommend!

I highly recommend Inspire Weight Loss - Lake Nona! I have been doing the red light therapy and weight loss plan for 3 weeks and have lost 11.2 pounds and over 14 inches. The red light therapy is very relaxing and the weight loss plan is easy to follow. You eat really food - nothing packaged. The staff is amazing and extremely supportive! I give them 10 stars and will continue with the red light therapy even after I reach my desired weight.

I greatly recommend Inspire Weight Loss. I felt like I hit a wall and couldn’t lose weight on my own anymore.
