I had surgery with Dr. Rotatori and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the first consultation through recovery, he was professional, patient, and genuinely attentive. What really stood out to me was his keen eye for detail. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure every aspect of the procedure was thoughtfully planned and executed. His staff was also kind, organized, and supportive throughout the process. I’m very grateful I chose Dr. Rotatori and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I had an implant exchange and breast lift with Dr. Scott Rottatori, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. His work is truly excellent — I love how everything turned out. My recovery was smooth and much better than I expected. His staff was also incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. After having two kids, my “twins” up top definitely needed some help. I wanted something that balanced the line of “she’s definitely had something done” but not “obscenely unrealistic”. I had looked at many surgeons work but felt a lot of results did not strike that balance well. Dr Scott Rotatori helped me accomplish exactly what I was looking for and was very honest and helpful throughout the process; even refunding me when it was decided during surgery that I actually would not require a lift. Dr. Scott Rotatori and his business staff at the initial consultation were curt and some would say lacking of a warm bedside manner, but I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. At that initial consultation I asked him if he would elect to do the secondary procedure I came in for if he were me, he said he wouldn’t. Even though that meant that the cost of my procedure would be less and he would therefore make less from me as a patient. I was and am so grateful for his honesty. It was obvious to me at that point that he was a surgeon that puts his patients first above his bottom line. In addition after that first appointment and thereafter I found that Dr. Rotatori and his entire staff were warm, kind, caring, and professional. 95% of my questions were answered in the packet you’re given by the business person at the initial consult and a secondary packet you’re given by the nurse at the pre-op appointment. All other questions were answered thoroughly and to my satisfaction. The procedure itself went so smooth. Everyone was so thorough, meticulous, and caring. Post operatively, all of my concerns were addressed immediately by the doctor. I felt I received the highest standard of patient care and that he was genuinely caring and wanting the best results possible. As a self proclaimed perfectionist I highly recommend Dr. Rotatori and his staff. He is from what I could tell a perfectionist as well. I am beyond thankful and loving the results of my surgery. If I should ever need anything else, I am thrilled to have found my plastic surgeon!
