I absolutely loved our visit. We got a facial and red light bed, and it all felt very nice. It was crazy that the red light reduced my lower back pain. I highly recommend it.

This is literally my 2nd home. From the day I walked into their facility in late December, I was catered to and treated like an individual, not just another customer. They took the time to explain my Coolsculpting treatment, were honest from the beginning, and gave me amazing service. Besides the treatment, they provided me with an on-site Wellness coach who gives me a wellness plan every two weeks, as well as ongoing support. They also got me a consultation with their on-site Nurse Practitioner who did my bloodwork. I can’t begin to describe how supportive this staff is. Lori is a master of Coolsculpting and will literally become your best buddy, Sarah will create your very own wellness plan and be your number 1 cheerleader, and Pete is one of the friendliest guys you will ever meet who gives you personal experience from his own treatments that he has done. They are not just a staff anymore, they have become my family and friends. I love Serotonin Centers in Winter Park and highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness. 10 stars

My consultant with Bianca was incredibly helpful. She was attentive to my questions and suggested what would enhance my features!! I LOVE how I look and feel. The filler enhancements and Botox gave me the refreshing confidence I was seeking! Thank you again Bianca. Oh yeah and Peter is pretty terrific as well!! His energy was all things positive and joyful coming in from my drive.

Highly recommend! Everyone is super professional and make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in. Leah was very cool and didn't apply any pressure. Bianca is very intelligent and Peter is super helpful. Also, Kaitlyn is a master with those needles if you need your blood drawn. If you feel the need to take back control of your health, don't wait another minute and check this place out!

Maggie was fantastic! She patiently walked me through everything about Serotonin, explaining all their services in detail. After truly listening to my needs, she skillfully identified specific services that would be a great fit for me, including the light therapy. I really appreciate her personalized approach and how she connected me with the right options. Highly recommend!
