I’ve had over 100 massages. From hand n stone, saku, or even the Altamonte location of oriental massage. This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever experienced. I came in for a deep tissue, and I could’ve gotten more pressure from a chair. I thought the lady fell asleep on me after 30minutes of only leaning on me with her elbows only shifting weight every 30 seconds. I came sore and tight. I left sore and tight and oily. This was a couples massage and me and my girlfriend heard her yawning. Which makes sense because she was about to pass out on me. Unfortunately I will never come here again. I try really hard not to write bad reviews but this was unacceptable and I feel scammed. Therapists name was “Linda” or so I was told.

Worst massage I have ever received in my life. Everything horrible about a massage from lack of oil to a horrible lack of pressure. It was essentially a 70-80 dollar sweaty hand rub down. Not recommended.

Booked an appointment a day in advance, and when I showed up, there was one person there who had to use a translator app to tell me that they were “too busy to see me”. Worst customer service! I took off time from work for a scheduled appointment, and the person didn’t even understand why I was upset. Will never come back and will tell friends and family not to bother.

I appreciate them being able to take us in last second. I didn't enjoy the massage as much as I would have liked. The pressure was great. They accommodated my spouse and I which is the reason for the 2 stars. They did compressions for a grand standing almost 20 minutes, it's supposed to be a deep tissue. Compressions are important but not for nearly 20 minutes out of a 50 minute massage. We barely got any REAL hands on time with lotion. I had five (my neck, upper traps, lower traps, between my scapula, my erectors, hands, and my lateral quads & IT bands) critical areas of my body not catered to at all for a deep tissue that was pretty disappointing. I overall still feel the same amount soreness as when I first walked in. I didn't even get any hands on time with lotion to my neck. The foot massage was great, the compressions were good (length of time was atrocious), my glutes were worked on, and my sacrum waselectors, I strongly feel my spouse and I were discriminated against because we used Groupon. The therapist waiting for us up front was genuinely stunned by the tip we left her. Fortunately for them we operate off integrity, we could have provided a tip that actually reflected the poor service that was given but we did not. The good highlights were so few in comparison to the majority of the less favorable techniques utilized in the session. I pray that you guys do better next time and don't look down on people. Give every client the same exceptional service, especially if you yourselves know you weren't giving your all.

It’s rare that i write bad reviews for any business, but wow was the massage i just received today absolutely terrible. Worst massage ever. I’m a licensed massage therapist myself for 4 years now and this is way below the standard of what an actual massage is. My wife and I still tipped them well because that’s just who we are, but they didn’t deserve a tip really. I hope they realize that we decided to have integrity and treat them better than they did to us. I don’t know if it was because we had a groupon or they assumed we were not going to tip them for reasons only they know *cough cough*, but yeah…If you’re in the winter park area and are in need of a massage, go to a professional chain even if it costs more. I’m an easy person to please when i get massages, but they were just playing on our backs imo.
