The Spa Orlando

WONDERFUL SALON SERVICE, TERRIBLE SALES PRESSURE. I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my boyfriend for an aromatherapy massage and manicure/pedicure at The Spa Orlando, and I was really looking forward to treating myself. The massage and mani/pedi were absolutely wonderful, and the women who provided these services were amazing—truly top-notch professionals who made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience was completely overshadowded by the aggressive sales tactics from the gentleman at the front desk (possibly a manager or owner). He interrupted my manicure to sit down with me and push their membership program. I politely declined, saying "no thank you." When I went to the front desk to leave card tips for my manicurist and masseuse, he launched into another high-pressure sales pitch. I said "no thank you" multiple times, but he kept pushing—telling me the $25 incentive was only available if I signed up that day, mentioning bonus samples, and insisting I call him back by 7 PM to decide. Even after I explained that I'm a single mom without a sitter and now wasn't a good time, he continued to pressure me. I don't know how many times a customer needs to say "no" before it's respected, but apparently more than I said wasn't enough. What should have been a relaxing, pampering experience left me feeling uncomfortable and pressured. For this reason alone, I won't be returning to The Spa Orlando. You've lost what could have been a loyal, repeat customer. It's such a shame because the actual spa services were excellent.

The massage was GREAT! Very relaxing. The facial was ok. I never got steamed and the hot towels were not hot enough to do that task, though she attempted. She was very kind and polite. The pedicure and manicure were terrible. I've never had such a short pedicure. She forgot to paint my baby toe and I had to remind her for the top coat. As for my manicure - the paint isn't even. I have nails that are all different shades and thickness of paint. I have several hang nails now that I had to cut off once leaving. Over all, it was an ok experience. I'd return for a massage and maybe a facial but not a pedicure or manicure. They're running a special/prize opportunity at the moment for good reviews and nails photos so please keep that in mind when look at reviews from January of 2026.

Excellent service. This was my first time here. I had a spa manicure and pedicure by Courtney.(sorry if I spelled her name wrong) She did a beautiful job and took her time to make sure my nails were shaped to my liking. It was a very relaxing environment and experience. Vibe was great. I was offered wine and definitely jumped on the opportunity lol.

Staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall a great deal for the price (we did a package). I do wish the lighting was better, as I felt I couldn't get an aesthetic picture while there. Overall a good experience and would recommend!

Love my dazzle dry manicure and manicurist Sandra. The employees at the spa orlando are so kind. Come ready to enjoy your services here. Great conversation, amazing workmanship and come thirsty… 🍷☕️🥤. Oh and they have a membership plan, very affordable and worth it.
