Balance Orlando

I have been recovering from an acute injury that caused debilitating 24hr pain. I have seen many good therapists who helped me walk again, but I hit a plateau. In my searching, I found another method of therapy called Rolfing. Then, I found Balance and made an appointment with Sondra. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely, genuine, and positive Sandy, who just seems to “do it all”, no matter what! She is a wonderful gem. Then, I went to my first appointment with Sondra, which was just amazing. WOW! I came in with pain and was crying tears of gratitude when she was able to “create space” and relieve ALL the pain in my lower back!!! No one has been able to do that! I knew I found my person, and I told her so! I signed up for the “Rolfing 10 series” to restore balance to my whole body. Because of Sondra, I feel so much better and am looking forward to lifting weights again and training. She is such a lovely person; she is very professional, thoughtful, gentle, intuitive, and highly skilled in Rolfing. I am thankful for her skills and the homework she gives. She has also seen my two teens to address their back pains. I recently saw Candice for cranial sacral and myofascial work. She was great! Very professional, gentle, and intuitive. She helped my body to relax and reduced the pain in my neck and arms. Balance Orlando deserves every single star!

Balance Orlando has changed my life. I started with Sondra's expert knowledge in Rolfing and I knew immediately I was at the right place. Everything is targeted to exactly what's going on in your body. I now see Candace regularly, and I enjoy every single session. I have increased mobility, I feel stretched, and any pain or knots are finally being worked out of my body. Balance Orlando is definitely a game changer.

Before I started going to Orlando Balance, I was in pain every single day, especially at night. The pain in my shoulders and neck would wake me up multiple times, and I had honestly started to believe that constant discomfort was just going to be my new normal. At my first visit, Sondra not only took the time to listen and explain the process clearly, but she also did my first pain relief session. I remember walking out already feeling a noticeable difference. For the first time in a long while, I felt hopeful. After that initial improvement, she referred me to Elliot to continue the work. Working with Elliot has been truly life-changing. I’m still going on a weekly basis, and every single week I feel better. I feel lighter physically and emotionally. I’m sleeping better, moving more freely, and no longer waking up multiple times a night in pain. Elliot has also gone above and beyond by referring me to other trusted professionals for additional support, which shows how much he genuinely cares about treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. The entire team is professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. Sandy is so sweet, understanding and professional, and Elliot is truly irreplaceable. Got me in for an issue quick and helped me out. Both sessions were great and they worked with me having 3 kids in tow! I called on a Sunday was booked for Monday and again Thursday. Thanks to both therapists I saw I can eat again. ( tmj issues )
