Gemini Massage and Spa

I was greeted when I came in and the gentleman was friendly, but barely spoke to me and didn’t ask me any questions about what I’d like to accomplish with my session. There was no paperwork to fill out or anything which I found odd. My massage was started by the man that greeted me and then about 15 minutes into the session, the door opened and a woman came in and he left. No one said a word about why they were switching out or anything. She didn’t even introduce herself. I found this very strange, uncomfortable and unacceptable. I should have stopped the massage there and asked for my money back, but I didn’t. I allowed the woman to finish the session. She spent the majority of the time on my right side of my back (which the man had already worked on for about 10 minutes) and she barely touched the left side of my back. The massage was very lackluster. Definitely not worth $80. I did leave a decent tip (because I’ve worked in the service industry), but regret that also because as I left there I felt like I got shafted. I would not recommend this place at all and will never go back.

I have had my last massage here. The first 2 felt pretty good I guess but the one I just had wasn't worth it. The therapist kept stopping while seemingly still standing there and it kept making me wonder what she was doing? She used a lot of her arms and even though I specified what I would like to be focused on the most, it didn't really happen. On top of all that, this massage was a gift from my wife and when I got there and showed them the certificate the price went up for the package I was gifted. It clearly stated what the package was but the lady kept saying it was now more money. I just paid the extra so that I would get the gift that my wife wanted me to have. Also turned out that the lady that argued with me about the package was the one that gave me the massage. She then tried to tell me they work for tips as we were headed toward the door. I told her I always tip but since she charged me extra for the package that was already paid for she wasn't getting one and I wouldn't be back.

My boyfriend and I booked the Thanksgiving special — mine at 12:00 and his at 12:30 — and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They immediately turned it into a couple’s massage, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even better. I had Amy, and it was genuinely the best massage of my life. She was incredibly skilled, intuitive, and made me feel completely relaxed from start to finish. My boyfriend loved his massage too, and we left feeling amazing. I also want to mention how kind the front desk staff were. I accidentally entered the wrong tip amount before signing, and they handled it with so much understanding and professionalism. I really appreciated their patience and how graciously they helped fix it. Everything from the service to the staff to the atmosphere was outstanding. We will definitely be back!

My husband booked an appointment for me at this lovely place. I had back massage and facial. My neck and shoulders were full of knots and Ms. Ada did a wonderful job working those knots I had for years. She made me feel so relaxed, and welcomed. The facial was amazing as well. I feel so renewed! Will come here again.

Just had the best massage of my life with Tina. I could tell right away how experienced she was and she quickly found all of my “knots” and some I didn’t even know I had. It was a very thorough and complete massage focusing on the areas of my concern the most. She applied the firm pressure I requested throughout the massage and checked on me frequently to make sure I was okay. I have had a membership at one of the chain places in the past but there is no need to go back. This is a straight to the business of giving you a massage spa! Worth every penny I paid! The owner Ada is a fun energetic person who takes pride in her shop and wants to make sure you’ve had the best experience. I don’t write reviews very often but felt compelled to do this one!
