OMG! Lin has magic hands! 💆‍♀️ My friend and I came for a scalp care session, and Lin was my therapist. Her skillful and experienced techniques relaxed me so deeply that I fell asleep. When I woke up, I felt completely renewed — the stiffness in my neck and shoulders was gone, my hair smelled amazing and felt incredibly soft. This wasn’t just scalp care, it was a full-body reward for my mind and soul. Truly amazing! I even booked a body massage before leaving — can’t wait for my next visit! 🌸

I had came here once a few years back while staying at the Avanti hotel next door. I remembered how much my daughter and I enjoyed the massages and facials. I came in again today 5 years later and when I say BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD, I mean it! I got a facial after also hands down best relaxation facial ever! Lin was my massage therapist and she knows what she is doing definitely a healer! Jenny did my facial and worked on my neck and jaw muscles she also was amazing! 100 out of 100 recommend!!!

Service was great! The atmosphere is clean and organized. I've always wanted to try a scalp therapy massage. My mom and I got to do this service together. I've done plenty of massages before but nothing compares to this type of therapeutic experience. Sara was my massage therapist, she is very professional and nice. I can't wait to come back. I'd recommend a 10 star if I could. Highly recommend.

A friend recommended The Key Massage&Facial Spa, where the overall decoration is simple, elegant, and comfortable. The masseur has superb skills and can accurately identify the root cause of the problem from the beginning. Her technique was just right - not a perfunctory massage, but a truly deep relaxation of my muscles. After the massage, I felt that my meridians were unobstructed and my shoulders and neck were completely relaxed! The body and mind are refreshed, full of energy. Highly recommended!
