I have been a patient at this office for nearly a decade, and throughout that time, I have consistently experienced outstanding care and professionalism. The entire team—from the front desk staff to the physicians—demonstrates an exceptional level of courtesy, efficiency, and genuine concern for their patients’ well-being. Appointments are always handled promptly, and I never experience the long waiting times that seem common in other practices. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring that I always feel informed and cared for. It is rare to find an office where excellence is such a consistent standard. I truly appreciate the dedication and warmth of everyone who works here and would not consider going anywhere else for my care.

My son had an appointment today at 1230 so had to take him out of school early which unfortunately wasn’t a smooth process so as we were pulling over at 1247 (17 min late) we were told the appointment had to be cancelled due to us being over the 15 min grace period policy. Huge inconvenience since I can’t return him to school and we don’t have a doctor excuse either and all what that entails. I get it, as a physician my self I know how it is to try to keep our clinics running efficiently but after having to wait many times over 45 min to be seen in that same office, this seems like a very harsh punishment. I am sure is a very competent clinical practice but way too rigid and unfriendly in my opinion. They did offer to reschedule for next available in 3 weeks.

I have been a patient since 2023 and was sent an email in October 2025 regarding an outstanding balance. At the time, I had filed for Chapter 7 and responded to the email sent from Juliana Pound with no response when i inquired about what was needed from me. Instead, I continued to receive an influx of emails regarding an outstanding balance that I never knew about. And I continued to email asking what was needed of me. In the end, confirmation of bankruptcy filing which I sent as well as my attorney's office. Fast forward to January and I call to schedule an appointment and was told I had a balance (meanwhile when I logged into my patient portal there was no balance listed) and I again explained the situation and explained that bankruptcy was discharged and therefore the balance should not be there. I was told I would receive a call back and I never did. I called again with the promise of a call back from someone in billing as I had explained it should not be there and/or I would pay if need be I just would need to know which option they would prefer. I again received a promise to call and that a letter had been mail out that I would need to sign. When I received the letter, it was instead a termination of services for administrative purposes. I have called and sent two emails requesting further information as I feel that dismissing a patient due to doing what they felt was needed in a time of hardship as punishment. It is discriminatory and offensive especially since no one has yet to explain to me the supposed administrative purpose for dismissal. I will also be leaving a review with the Florida Department of Health as I feel that no doctor office should dismiss a patient based on a bankruptcy filing.

The front desk staff, Gabby and Dr P were amazing! So easy to talk to, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, polite😌 I was so at ease and comfortable deciding what steps to take on my dermological journey with NO pressure at all! I decided to start with his recommendations for Dysport and am excited for the results to develop. The skincare products are excellent and effective, and I look forward to returning for future laser services and Scultra, as well.

I had such an amazing experience with my PA Nikki. She has an incredible bedside manner- so kind, patient, and down-to-earth. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel completely comfortable the entire visit. Elizabeth was also wonderful. She was very sweet and thorough, making sure every detail was taken care of. The whole experience felt seamless and welcoming. Highly recommend this team!
