Goldfingers Aesthetics Downtown Orlando MedSpa

I’ve been coming to Goldfinger's for 5 years and have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. Recently, my previous injector moved to another state so on my last visit I saw a new provider. Before leaving the office on that visit I was told my cheek filler was asymmetric and would need to be touched up once the initial swelling went down. I have never had any issues or needed a touch-up for my cheeks, lips, or Botox before, so I left the office thinking nothing of it. It was simply something that would be fixed or touched up in a few weeks. Today when I came back to have the issue addressed I was told touch ups are not included and I would need to purchase a whole new syringe. Since I had a problem that was clearly acknowledged and created on my previous visit, I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that I was expected to pay to fix their admitted error. You would think a business would treat a loyal customer of 5 years with a little more kindness and respect. But after such appalling and distasteful customer service I will no longer be bringing my business to Goldfinger's.

This place is perfect. So clean, professional, and so many great treatments for beautiful skin! I would not go anywhere else. Helen is the best. She is amazing! She provided me with the best diamond glow facial. She is so sweet and provided me with the best service I have ever experienced! I love it here. I will definitely be coming back soon to get more treatments with her.

Recently visited the clinic and got lip fillers, the staff was very nice! Very calming and the procedure itself went smooth and quickly no pain at all! Results were amazing! I would 100% recommend giving them a visit and go check them for yourselves :)
