Crystal and her staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone makes you feel welcomed and understood. Crystal is beyond generous and kind and really is a master at her artform. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for talented staff whether your looking for a little or a lot.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Palm Med Spa, especially with Nicole. I’ve tried a couple of other places before, but I’m done looking — I will only go to her from now on! She is incredibly gentle and professional throughout the entire appointment. Nicole takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps you feel informed and completely at ease. Crystal is amazing, and so is her entire staff, especially her assistant. Crystal has such a thoughtful, natural approach and truly understands balance. My skin always looks refreshed, smooth, and balanced, and I feel confident every time I leave her chair. Wow!! I absolutely love Crystal and the amazing team she has built. She is so knowledgeable and always goes that extra mile to make you feel comfortable. From the moment you walk in, friendly faces happy to take care of you. Recently started a treatment plan with laser only one word OBSESSED!!! Just after one treat I saw the difference. My skin feels amazing and tight. I’ve been in many med spa, I’ve worked in med spa and the experience I’ve gotten here at The Palm med spa is like no other. I highly recommend crystal and her team I love their work and most important I love that they are not pushy.
