I didn’t know what to do but Simmone was very informative and took my every concern into consideration! She explained the process all the way down to how my hair would react afterwords. She is very knowledgeable and was very sweet in helping understand laser hair removal for the first time. Cuz tbh I didn’t think this stuff worked til I got my first session. I bought 4 sessions and have just returned for my second session. After the first session the hairs on my bikini line were already not growing back! Simmone is super chill, funny and is just great company when doing this for the first time🫶🏽✨
