Makeover Aesthetics

They sold me a package with Accent Alma machine , Carboxytherapy , Mesotherapy. The first Carboxytherapy was very painful, my stomach was black then green huge bruise, I came back 10 days later and I was still green, the pain and inflammation lasted 10 days. The manager said : Maybe you drank a milk that was bad!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I said there is no problem just change it to another service, she was very mean , sarcastic saying that I bought that package and there is no changes or money back! I said : but maybe im allergic to it, she laughed and said there is no such thing. Then I tried again the Carboxytherapy and happened the same thing. The next session I realized that the service I am paying in my package it says Alma machine 5 sessions and I haven't had any of those. She said that the machine she is using is the right one not the Alma, I said: I paid for Alma and I want Alma , she said NO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET IT THIS ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS I AM RECEIVING AND THATS WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!! I said: What in the world ! This is insane! After that I didn't want them to inject anything else in my body because I dont know what they are injecting. I came back just for Alma and she stills doesn't want to give me the session with Alma!!!! I read all the reviews and it looks like everyone has the same problem. I NEED MY MONEY BACK! AT LEAST 70%. Pague por un servicio de una maquina que se llama Alma con carboxiterapia y Meso-tensora... 1o. La carboxytherapia me dejo adolorida y morado el abdomen. Pedi que me la cambiaran por otra cosa y se negaron a cambiarla con mil excusas. 2o. El aparato Alma SE REUSAN A HACERMELO , lo están haciendo con otra máquina que no tiene nada que ver con Alma y dicen que es lo mismo cuando el aparato lo estoy viendo y no quieren hacérmelo y LO PAGUÉ. No se que les pasa la verdad! 3o. La meso-tensora no me la ham hecho NUNCA cuando dicen que PAGUÉ por 5. 4o. Cero servicio no tienen ni idea de como tratar a un cliente. Tu pagas una cosa te dan otra y todavía se indignan. CERO RECOMENDABLE!!!!!!
