The doctor is nice and explains things clearly, but the nurses who send in the prescriptions couldn’t possibly be more incompetent. I’ve been trying to get my Dupixent prescription sent in correctly for over a month now but still no luck. First they sent it to the wrong pharmacy and then they sent in the wrong dosage. Now they were finally able to send in the maintenance dose, but did not send in the actual loading dose that I need to start my medication. I guess that would’ve been expecting too much of them. On top of that, they had told me that they sent in the loading dose so I went ahead and ordered the medication, but now that it has arrived I can see that it is a regular maintenance dose, and I don’t even know if I will be able to get a loading dose due to insurance. Trying to get them to actually do their job is like pulling teeth, as they will tell you to expect a call back and then never call. Today they even completely stopped answering my calls until I called from a different number. Once I was finally able to reach them, they told me that the nurse would call it in, but of course the day has ended and nothing has been done. All I want is my medication, is that too much to ask for? Like why would you even become a nurse, if you can’t be bothered to properly submit a patient’s medication? Do not waste your time with these people. All they care about is taking your money for the appointment, but afterwards they try to discard you like you’re nothing. Edit: It’s now the following Monday, and I’m being told by my pharmacy that they spoke with the nurse administrator Michelle. Amazingly, she told them that I wouldn’t be needing a loading dose at all. It is common knowledge in dermatology that the loading dose for Dupixent is clinically important. Even the pharmacist said that the only reason for not prescribing a loading dose is if they give it to you at the office, which they obviously did not. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the nurses at this practice is truly astounding. Not only are they negligent about your treatment, but they retaliate when you choose to speak up for yourself.

Came in to learn that my insurance is out of network. When I was making my appointment, insurance card was provided, confirmed and this is why appointment was made. I feel that this can be handled differently

Great doctor, just constant issues with billing and incorrect coding. Hoping for a resolution soon.

I had my moles removed from my face today and had a very pleasant experience. Angie, the nurse, was friendly and Dr. Lateef was very wonderful. He explained what could be done for my moles in a very easy to understand manner, and everything was done very quickly. The procedure was done hassle free, and I am very thankful for their work. I had my face moles all my life and was always self conscious of them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
