I cannot say enough great things about Hilda and Bloom’s Aesthetics! Hilda has been doing my laser treatments, and I am beyond happy with both her and my results. She is knowledgeable, professional, and truly makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. The entire space is welcoming, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the experience is always amazing. ⭐️ One star (only because zero isn’t an option) I would not recommend Bloom Aesthetics. I came in on a Saturday after confirming availability for fillers and possibly Botox. I completed all paperwork, had photos taken, and was brought back to a room where numbing cream was applied all over my face. The nurse practitioner, Nikki, was very unwelcoming—no greeting, no smile, and she seemed annoyed anytime I asked a question. I clearly explained what I wanted: subtle cheek filler to help with under-eye darkness, light jawline definition, and a small amount in my chin—services I’ve had done before. Despite this, communication was extremely disorganized. The owner repeatedly came in and out of the room, separately speaking to the provider and then to me, which caused confusion. I even suggested we all talk together because it felt like a game of telephone. After I had already been there for about an hour—with numbing cream on my face—the owner suddenly told me they decided not to perform the service at all, claiming I “wouldn’t like the outcome,” even though I gave no indication of dissatisfaction and remained polite throughout. I was confused and frustrated that my time was wasted and that service was refused after everything had already been done to prep me. I was then asked not to leave a review and was offered a facial instead, which I declined because that’s not what I came for. I left and went to another med spa that did exactly what I asked for, and the results were amazing. This experience felt unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming. 0/10 experience. I also have proof of everything I’m saying. Owner refused service all because I didn’t want to buy 3 syringes.

Came here for something unusual - they were the ONLY ones who made it happen in Orlando. I booked a nitrous oxide treatment and had a phlebotomist from Quest come and draw my blood. For my entire life I have had horrible anxiety getting my blood drawn. Bloom and their nitrous treatment made this so much easier and more calm for me to do. If you have any anxiety or issues getting your blood drawn I 10/10 recommend this to anyone. Words can not explain how much easier this makes it to get blood labs done!

I bought their special for botox - 40 units. I am very new to botox (have only gotten once before). I told the provider I did NOT want my face to be frozen. I was told I had to use all 40 units at one visit with the special. I requested to spread it out more than my main area of concern but she said it would all need to be in my forehead to get any sort of desired effect. 3 weeks later, I am still very uncomfortable. It was WAY too much. My forehead is completely frozen, I have daily headaches and frontal pressure that is so uncomfortable.
