The team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They always take the time to evaluate my skin and customize each facial based on what my skin needs at that moment. Since I started my treatments here, I’ve seen such a noticeable improvement — my skin looks healthier, smoother, and glowing like never before. What I love most is the consistency and genuine care they show every single visit. You can really tell they are passionate about skincare and committed to delivering the best results. I had the most amazing experience at Emerald Medical Center and Spa yesterday, and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough!!! I got a Hydrafacial done by Maria, and my skin has never looked better. As someone who has struggled with acne, I was blown away by how refreshed, glowing, and healthy my skin looks and I’ve already received so many compliments. I also had a lymphatic drainage massage with Angela, the owner, and it completely exceeded my expectations! Angela is one of the most educated and knowledgeable women I’ve met; she has all of her certifications, explains everything she’s doing step by step, and truly makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The spa is clean, welcoming, and very personable. I had such a wonderful experience that I signed up for their facial membership which includes two facial services per month! Angela is great! She is always very patient. I have low pain tolerance and she is always makes sure I am okay during our facials. I’ve been getting laser here for a few months. She also decorates for every holiday which is very cute.

I had the most incredible experience getting a lash lift and tint. Seriously, it was the best one I've ever had the results are absolutely stunning! Beyond the excellent service, the customer service was wonderful. Ariana is truly a gem! She was professional, kind, and made the entire process so relaxing. Not a single complaint, I’ll definitely be back again!
