Doctor Ryan was AMAZING! I got a filler in another place and I needed to get removed, and he was able to do it safe and sound. Rowe was extremely sweet to me during the entire procedure as well. Brenda, in the front desk, was also great! Super recommend this place ❤️

This review is based solely on my personal experience. During my treatment at this clinic, I felt extremely uncomfortable with how the procedure was handled. While I was under Pro-Nox and not fully aware to clearly evaluate , additional product was administered without me consciously agreeing to it. Despite being told that I would see visible improvement afterward, I noticed no change at all. In total, I paid $9,400 for the procedure, yet I did not experience any visible improvement, even though I was told that the results would be noticeable. What deeply concerned me was that a staff member assisting the procedure openly stated in front of me that she was “not a nurse, but an esthetician.” This was unexpected considering the level of involvement in the treatment. At one point, she used her personal phone while I was partially undressed, and I had to ask her directly to stop because I felt vulnerable. Another moment that made me very uneasy was when the doctor showed me and my friend photos of other patients on his phone during my appointment. As far as I recall, some of those images appeared highly personal, and I do not remember anyone asking whether we wanted to see them. I also later discovered that my own photo appeared on the clinic’s patient iPad, even though I don’t recall being asked permission for it to be taken. Regardless of technical explanations from the clinic, as a paying patient, I believe professionalism, clarity of consent, and respect for personal boundaries should have been taken much more seriously. This experience left me extremely disappointed. This review reflects only what I personally experienced and felt.I sincerely hope steps are taken to prevent other patients from going through a similar experience.

Dr. Ramos is the best, hands down. I was a little nervous for the treatment, just normal nerves, but Liz and Doc listened to my concerns and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Ramos knows his stuff, for sure. Don’t settle for anything less. Definitely would trust him with my next treatment! Very kind people! God bless!
