TruPlatinum Electrolysis and Laser

I highly recommend Tru Platinum for electrolysis. I'd been visiting another provider and wasn't happy. This other provider was very fast but I felt tons of pulling. I was essentially paying for an overpriced tweezing. After a few visits, I started searching for a new provider. That's when I discovered Tru Platinum. I was immediately impressed by Diane's professionalism and how well she explains her process. She is friendly and makes you very comfortable during your visit. She is so meticulous that I have never felt her pulling the hairs out. I appreciate that Diane cares about my long term results by allowing adequate time for my face to heal between sessions. I wish I had found Diane and Tru Platinum first.

Diane is great! She is very patient and professional. She takes the time to explain all the steps of the procedure and sets realistic expectations for the hair removal process. I'm on my fourth treatment and am very happy with the results! The density and growth of the hair has significantly decreased.

I’ve seen two other electrologists before, but I’ve never experienced someone as thorough and caring as her. From the moment I walked in, I could tell how much thought she puts into everything she does. She explained each step as she went, which made me feel really comfortable and reassured. Her cleanliness was outstanding. She showed me the sterile needle she was using, put on fresh gloves right in front of me, and even pointed out where she cleans and stores her tools. I didn’t even have to ask…she just took that extra care naturally. It really meant a lot.

My electrolysis experience with Diane has been wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The problem area I was focused on is no longer growing those pesky hairs and I've only had two treatments, a month or so ago being my last one. Diane is also very kind and personable, and easy to talk to. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in electrolysis.
