Couture Med Spa

I had such an amazing experience at Couture Med Spa in Winter Park! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Samantha took care of me during my procedures and she was absolutely wonderful and professional. Hailey did my laser hair removal and she was incredible as well! She made the whole process easy and comfortable, and she was very sweet and professional. 💖 I’m so happy with my results and I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I literally don't recommend this place. The services are super low quality. I've got lasers treatments in different places around the world and even inside the USA and it was wonderful but since I started at Couture Med Spa, the hair never go away. The tattoo laser removal is the same. Back home, I did 3 sessions and it was wonderful. I've been coming to Couture for a year now, got done prob almost 10 sessions and the tattoo barely changed, truly unbelievable. Also, me and my friend did botox there and it was the worst one we've ever done in life, we were so disappointed. Unfortunately, I had to stay with them for a year because of the membership, now after a year I finally can cancel anytime. Truly, don't understand how they offer a horrible service like that and are still open. The only good thing about the place is the staff, they are really super nice! Only VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service provided. It feels like I wasted $2400 of my money through the year as the hair and tattoo never went away or neither improved :(

I have been getting my laser hair removal and facials here for almost 2 years, and absolutely love it! Kennedy, Hannah, Aryanna, and the whole staff are professional, friendly, and helpful with scheduling all of my appointments. Cintia does my facials and has transformed my skin. The provider Hayley always does an outstanding job and answers any questions I may have. The results have been life changing, I recommend couture to all of my friends.
