Amaizing! I love this place and my tech Veronica has been so great. She has been so patient explaining the laser treatment and so efficient at her job. I can already see a great difference with just two sessions! ✨️

Absolutely horrible customer experience. My appointment was scheduled for 10:35 AM and I arrived at 10:38 AM. 3 minutes late! The laser technician came up to me insisting that I will have to reschedule because I was 8 minutes late, claiming my appointment was at 10:30. I calmly showed her my confirmation on my phone clearly stating 10:35, yet she still refused to see me. Her excuse? She said I should have called to notify them because she had already taken another client for a consultation and openly admitted she took that person first because she needed to sell her a package. So let’s be clear: they chose a potential sale over an existing paying customer who was only 3 minutes late. Unbelievable. This kind of behavior shows exactly where their priorities are money over customers. Thankfully, this was my last session, and there is no chance I would ever renew a package here after being treated this way. Why would I? Do not be fooled by their $30 or $60 “deal” packages. It’s clearly just a tactic to get you in the door so they can pressure you into exorbitantly priced packages later. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere

The facility is clean and staff is professional! I was greeted and even offered refreshments before I even got to my treatment. Veronica did a wonderful job with explaining the process, walking through everything step by step. Glad to say I haven’t seen any hair since my first treatment either- would highly recommend to anyone interested!

I’ve been doing laser for 6 months and I can definitely see the difference! I’m in the Narcoossee Road, I started with the promo that they had for 6 sessions, and I’m looking forward to continue! Great staff as well. Ana and Veronica are super friendly
