Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Orlando, FL (Airport)

My experience at Bright Now Dental was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The chairs are incredibly small and uncomfortable, making the visit physically unpleasant. They also do not offer any biological or holistic dentistry, which is an important option many modern patients look for. Another major issue is the lack of communication. No one tells you clearly what they are going to do, and the entire process feels rushed and disorganized. Many different people walk into the open exam room, and more than once they had to explain that they are not the dentist—which is extremely confusing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the dentist didn’t even know that I had been there two days earlier, showing a complete lack of continuity in patient care, very dangerous! It truly felt like they were processing patients like cattle, with no personal attention or proper explanation of the procedures. The copy of my diagnostic exam was incomplete and very vague, offering no real clarity about my dental issues or treatment plan. Overall, the level of care, organization, and professionalism was far below acceptable. I do not recommend Bright Now Dental.

I never thought I would have to leave a review for this location, but the customer service is HORRIBLE! I've been calling this location since last week, to reschedule my appointment; however, the voice mailbox is full & no one answered the line. After calling 3 times again this morning, Cheryl answered the line and advised they are aware of the full voice mailbox & didn't care. She was VERY nasty with her response & unapologetic when I told her about the inconvenience. Instead of rescheduling, I decided to cancel my appointment because I will NOT deal with NASTY attitudes!

Excellent job by Melisa. She kept me informed every step of the process. She made me feel at ease during my visit.

Very unprofessional office. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time. Came for an appointment at 10:30 only to wait an hour. I had to ask THEM how much longer it would be 45 minutes into waiting. They made no effort to update me on the orthodontist being behind. They all just sat behind the desk chatting as ai waited because clearly my time wasn’t valuable. They need new staff here. It use to be a good office. It definitely isn’t anymore. I will not be returning.

Booked a 9:30 AM appointment and waited over an hour past the scheduled time with no communication or update from the front desk. When I politely asked what was going on, the front office staff member (Sheryl) responded with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude. My appointment was ultimately canceled without any attempt to resolve the situation. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, respect for customers’ time, and basic communication. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to any one due to a clear lack of respect from the front office staff. I understand things happen and get busy, but the way this was communicated was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
