This is hands down the best Dental office in Florida! From the front end to the procedures, everything is handled with such precision & care. Roberta, Joann & Catalina always welcome you with a smile! Hailey did my cleaning this morning so delicately I didn't even notice the short time I was there! Dr. Rizvi recently did 2 crowns last month and she casually took the fear of dentistry away I've had all my life. This office is like 1 big family & you always feel the love here. I can't recommend this office enough! 10☆s!!

She was still in her school uniform, and I was honestly quite nervous because my daughter has always been extremely afraid of dentists. In the past, she has visited several dental clinics, but every single time she either cried uncontrollably or refused to even sit on the dental chair. In fact, she has run away from the dentist almost seven times before! That’s how scared she was. However, what happened today was completely different — and truly remarkable. From the moment we entered Dr. Laila Rizvi’s clinic, I could feel a sense of calmness, cleanliness, and professionalism. The staff welcomed us politely, and everything from the reception to the waiting area was well-organized and spotless. The clinic was very clean, well-maintained, and had a fresh, hygienic atmosphere. The equipment looked modern and well-kept, and even small details such as the availability of writing materials and comfortable seating made the waiting area pleasant. When my daughter’s turn came, she started crying out of fear, and I thought it would be another failed visit. But Dr. Laila Rizvi handled her so smartly and compassionately that within minutes my daughter calmed down. Dr. Laila spoke to her in a very friendly and understanding tone, explaining everything in simple words. She kept talking to her gently throughout the process, showing patience and empathy that only a true professional can have. Dr. Laila didn’t rush anything. She took an X-ray first to make sure everything was okay, and only after confirming the situation, she proceeded carefully with the tooth extraction. The way she managed to crack and remove the tooth smoothly without causing any panic or pain was truly amazing. My daughter, who usually refuses to even open her mouth for a dentist, actually allowed Dr. Laila to complete the entire procedure — something I had never seen before! The staff members were cooperative, kind, and respectful, assisting the doctor at every step and making sure my daughter and I were comfortable. The cleanliness and hygiene standards of the clinic are outstanding. Every corner, instrument, and dental chair was neat and disinfected. Another thoughtful gesture I really appreciated was that they provided a school leave note for my daughter after the visit. This small act shows how much they care about their patients and their convenience beyond just treatment. Overall, I would say that Dr. Laila Rizvi is a gem of a dentist — highly skilled, extremely professional, and wonderfully patient, especially with children. My daughter, who once feared dentists more than anything, left the clinic smiling and relaxed. That alone speaks volumes about the doctor’s expertise and compassion. Hailey has excellent bed side manners and explained the procedure before she started anything. She was very gentle with my cleaning. I wish she stayed with My Dental care forever so she could be my kid's and my hygienist forever. I will miss you Hailey!

Dr. Rizvi took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I have found my favorite dentist! Dr Rizvi is amazing. I had a filling done with no anesthesia and did not feel a thing. She’s very good at making your visit as comfortable as possible with no pain.
